neighbors, and organizations move from conflict to clarity. Her approach blends structure, steady
facilitation, and practical next steps—whether meeting virtually or in person.
With a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from
St. Cloud State University, plus graduate-level coursework in Criminal Justice Administration, Therese
brings a disciplined understanding of systems and people. Her experience spans the
St. Cloud Police Department Records Division, service as an
Aftercare Advocate for a women’s shelter, an internship at St. Cloud Legal Services,
and work as a Guardian ad Litem—advocating for the best interests of children.
As a certified mediator and commissioned notary, Therese facilitates
respectful, solution-focused conversations and ensures accurate, secure notarizations—including
Remote Online Notary (RON). She also brings a deep understanding of military family dynamics,
offering sensitivity and flexibility to clients navigating service-related timelines, relocations, and deployments.
