Notary & RON

State Fee + Travel

Notarial fees are charged according to the applicable state rules.

Missouri: generally $5 per signature for common acts
Virginia: generally up to $10 for traditional notarial acts
Kansas: fee disclosed and agreed to before service

Remote Online Notary

RON pricing may include state notarial fees, platform fees, and document/session charges.

Performed under MO, KS, or VA commission requirements
Signer may be remote where permitted
Notary must be physically located in the commissioning state when required

Policies & Notes

Billing

Hourly services are billed in 0.25-hour increments unless a flat fee or package rate is agreed to in advance.

Deposits

Mediation blocks, RON appointments, mobile notary appointments, and rush services may require prepayment.

Cancellations

24-hour notice is appreciated. Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling may result in a fee.
